VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A man accused of robbing a Virgini skechers a Beach bank who said it wasn t a crime because the note he gave the teller included polite language has pleaded guilty.Multiple media outlets report that 24-year-old Dominyk Antonio Alfonseca pleaded guilty to one count of robbery Monday in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.Alfonseca was arrested after posting two videos of the incident and a photo of the note to his Instagram account. The videos show the teller putting stacks of cash in a bag. Police tell the station that Alfonseca walked into a TowneBank in May and handed the teller a note asking for $150,000 in bonds. The note included the word please and a couple of drawn smiley faces.Alfonseca posted the image and videos online immediately afterwards and was arrested 20 minutes later carrying a gym bag full of money.In a jailhouse interview, Alfonseca told the station that asking for money isn t a crime.
