The other is for Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, a Saudi Arabian who allegedly orchestrated the 2000 suicide bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen.The pre-trial hearings are occurring seven weeks after President Obama renewed his pledge to close the U.S. prison in Guantanamo.
