Moe Yan Naing told a court in Yangon on April 20 that he was instructed to frame Reuters journalists Wa Lone and Kyaw Soe Oo, who were investigating a massacre of Muslim Rohingya men and boys, by giving them documents related to security operations in Rakhine state.
