Its all part of the Tampa Bay Chambers Minority Empowerment Program.Inside the office, Robyn Donaldsons smile sets herself apart, but outside, it can be challenging for a minority-owned small business owner to make a mark. SARASOTA, Fla. 鈥?The City of Sarasota begins single-stream recycling April 1. Single-stream recycling means residents in Sarasota, where recycling is mandatory, will no longer have to sort through their recyclables.
