HELENA 鈥?Helena Toys for Tots volunteers were busy on Wednesday setting out donation boxes across the area for their annual toy drive. This is when it starts to feel real, said Helena Toys for Tots Co-coordinator Angie Fillinger. Theres stuff to do year-round to get ready and when we we the boxes out and go around town it gets exciting. Helenas other Co-coordinator Howard Mears says they are anticipating delivering around 25,000 toys to families in need this year. That will be plus or minus 3,000 depending on the number of kids or number of people, explained Mears, We do need a lot of toy donations this year.

WTVF 鈥?A 61-year-old man was arrested for violating a public health order that requires people to wear face masks in Nashville.According to his arrest affidavit, Joseph Bryant was issued a citation for not wearing a mask around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday. About an hour later, the police report states an officer saw Bryant again in the same area. Again, he wasn t wearing a mask.According to the arrest report, the officer said he chose to arrest Bryant because of the obvious likelihood the offense would continue.
