Продукты (на 4 порции)
  • Арбуз - 500 г
  • Сыр фета - 200 г
  • Базилик свежий (зелёный) - 10 г
  • Мята свежая - 5 г
  • Перец чили (зелёный) - 7 г
  • Орехи грецкие (очищенные) - 10 г
  • Масло оливковое - 20 мл
  • Перец чёрный молотый - по вкусу
Как приготовить:
  1. Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Арбуз берите спелый, сочный и вкусный. Для украшения канапе можно использовать что угодно на свой вкус, я взяла перец чили, грецкие орешки и листики базилика (подойдут любого цвета).
  2. Вымойте и обсушите арбуз, перец чили, базилик и мяту.
  3. Сыр фета аккуратно разрежьте на кубики со стороной 3 см. У меня получилось 12 кубиков.
  4. Арбуз очистите от кожуры и косточек. Нарежьте мякоть кубиками такого же размера, как и сыр (желательно, чтобы арбузные кубики и фета были одинаковыми).
  5. Подберите плоское блюдо для подачи к столу.
  6. Выложите арбузные кусочки. Сверху на арбуз добавьте кубики сыра фета, совмещая края.
  7. Перец чили нарежьте колечками по количеству канапе. Листики базилика оборвите с веточек. Грецкие орехи измельчите до не очень мелкой крошки.
  8. Украсьте канапе подготовленными ингредиентами. Сбрызните оливковым маслом и посыпьте свежемолотым чёрным перцем.
  9. Зафиксируйте канапе шпажками. Украсьте тарелку (а можно и канапе) листиками мяты и сразу подавайте к столу.
