MILWAUKEE 鈥?Marquette University shared their support for international students Thursday in an email to students.After a change in policy, some international students may not be able to continue their education in America come the fall semester. However, Marquette University sent a letter to their students today ensuring that they are doing everything they can to support their international students and provide them with an education. They then went on to state that students who plan to return in the fall for classes will maintain their F-1 visa status if they plan on taking some classes in-person. Those students are still allowed to take online classes as well, they just must attend some in person. For students who do not plan to return in the fall and want to take only online courses, Marquette is asking that they contact their adviser. Because of the new policies, those students F-1 Visas will be inactive.
