OAKLAND, Calif. -- Authorities on Wednesday afternoon were investigating the discovery of a human torso on rocks near the eastern end of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, CBS San Francisco reports.The discovery was reported shortly after noon, the police said.The headless and limbless torso was first spotted by a construction worker on his lunch break. The man was walking along the rocks near the Oakland landing of the bridge.
